Lloyd Amoah


Lloyd G. Adu Amoah is an assistant professor at Ashesi University (Berekuso, Ghana) and the founder and Lead Strategist of the think-tank Strategy3 (Accra, Ghana). Lloyd studied in China and has travelled extensively through that country.  


Public policy formation theory; development in developing polities; Africa-China-Asia relations; public administration and philosophy among others.

Selected publications: 

Lloyd’s work has appeared in Administrative Theory and Praxis, Fudan Journal of the Humanities and Social Sciences and the Ghana Policy Journal among others. A freelance journalist and photographer he has published in the British Broadcasting Corporation’s(BBC) Focus on Africa magazine, Jeune Afrique’s The Africa Report, Third World Network’s African Agenda magazine and other local and international publications; his views have also been sought by the BBC World Service and other local and international media outlets.  His lastest work-a book- “Impacts of the Knowledge Society on Economic and Social Growth in Africa” http://www.igi-global.com/book/impacts-knowledge-society-economic-social/94906 is set for release in March, 2014.
